Lake Baikal

This is Lake Baikal. I have to go and catch another train now. I'll say more about this place when I get to Mongolia hopefully (but I promise not as much as the last two posts!). Sorry for not replying to any emails or comments, I'll catch up with it all soon. Also I'm very sorry for the length of the last post, I'll get some pictures on here at my next stop to brake it up a bit! Hope everyone is well with you all. x

  3. Hi Nic, glad to see that you’re having a great time. The train journey certainly seems more interesting than the usual Luton to London trip! Great blog, keep it up. Perhaps you should have mentioned PJ to the Russian Spy, I’m sure that they’ve got a file on him somewhere ;)

Love the picture of Lake Baikal, it looks just like the Herald and Post car park last week! :)

    Take care. Richard P (BMB)

  4. Hi Sarah, pleased that story came across ok. Was worried it would get lost in translation somewhere! I'll learn some more inappropriate phrases for my mongolia-china train journey to see if I can get another tail to tell for you!

  5. Hello Richard, pleased you like the blog. To be honest, that train journey was on par with the Borehamwood-Luton trip, that's why I used to drive to work!

I was going to mention PJ to Russian Spy but really didn't want to make the situation worse (sorry PJ)!
